Great place to stay in a quiet & very secure area in Maclear against the mountain . Being able to eat an evening meal on the premises adds to the stay

On our road trip back from Knysna popped into The Ranch restaurant… ordered my meal but was not satisfied with my side dish … told the waitress and before I knew Chef Lucy came to find out about my complaint … she insisted I exchange it for something else even after telling her I was fine … she brought me another side dish as well as her homemade sauces ! So impressed ????????

I did not stay at The Ranch...I searched for a restaurant to dine at.Oh my hat.... what a lovely experience.I had the Fillet, veg and baked potato.Staff is welcoming... the food is delicious.If you ever travel through Maclear... a definite restaurant to enjoy!!
